Job Role & Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

Oversee/ Manageconstruction refurband restorationprojects up to£2million
Subject to project size, some work on the tools will be required
Would suit a joiner or bricklayer due to nature of the wqork
Management duties include reading technical drawings, managing direct labour and subcontractors
Order materials for site and manage the logistics
Carry outsite inductionsand toolboxtalks
Liaisewith the Contracts Manager providing progress updates.
Carry out work on the tools as and when necessary
Ensure projects are complete within timescales and budget.
