Henderson Brown is delighted to be partnering with an innovative client in the Food Production sector, who are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join their team. This is an exciting period of growth for the business and therefore this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to drive the expansion of the Engineering department.Responsibilities:* Oversee all operations within the Engineering department, including machinery and utilities management.* Lead fault diagnosis, corrective actions, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and repair activities.* Manage and support the maintenance of site-wide utilities.* Participate in upcoming projects, including machinery installations, spare parts and tool ordering, and the maintenance of the workshop and storage areas.* Provide training and development for a small, growing engineering team, and manage their shift allocation.Requirements:* Be either an Electrical or Mechanical Biased Engineer* Have a recognised Engineering qualification i.e. Level 3, NVQ, BTEC etc* Previous food manufacturing or FMCG experience* Exposure to site services/utilities work in previous roles in the past* Knowledge of Shire/Piranha CMMS system exposure is a plusPlease note this role operates on a Monday to Friday days shift pattern, but there may be occasional call-out work required.
