Pre-Construction Project Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with Integra Buildings in their search for a Pre-Construction Project Manager.

As Pre-Construction Project Manager you will play a key role in the process of communication between Integra departments and the client, ensuring the successful construction and installation of modular buildings on clients’ sites.

The Pre-Construction Project Manager will be responsible for: 

• Working with the business development team to propose solutions for strategic bids on turnkey and high value projects
• Liaising with clients during the bid stage to identify risks and plan mitigation
• Support the technical team with technical queries during the bid stage
• Planning and instigating project hand over to factory build teams
• Developing programmes of work using MS Project
• Developing key relations with a range of clients
• Working closely with internal departments, providing technical support, to ensure successful, profitable work is won and deliverable

The Pre-Construction Project Manager will need: 

• Traditional or modular construction industry Project Management experience
• Experience of managing projects at pre-construction either solely or as part of a wider project management position.
• Experience of using MS Project
• Good communication and customer facing skills
