Job Title:Contracts Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project strategy and delivery programme
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation to deliver the project on time
  • Ensure regular monitoring and reporting on progress, and instigate corrective actions as required
  • Manage the operational aspects of the project to achieve the budget
  • Review performance against targets
  • Identify and manage potential risks and opportunities
  • Manage project handover and ensure defect / snag free completion
  • Lead and motivate the project teams and the supply chain to deliver the projectssafely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality whilst exceeding our clients' expectations

Required Skills:

  • Main contractor background, minimum of 5-10 years' experiencewithin a similar role
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be computer literate and fully conversant with MS Word / Excel / Outlook / Powerpoint / Project
  • CSCS card holder
  • Able to encourage, mentor and coach other members within the Team
