Job Title:Contracts Manager

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project strategy and delivery programme
- Ensure effective communication and implementation to deliver the project on time
- Ensure regular monitoring and reporting on progress, and instigate corrective actions as required
- Manage the operational aspects of the project to achieve the budget
- Review performance against targets
- Identify and manage potential risks and opportunities
- Manage project handover and ensure defect / snag free completion
- Lead and motivate the project teams and the supply chain to deliver the projectssafely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality whilst exceeding our clients' expectations
Required Skills:
- Main contractor background, minimum of 5-10 years' experiencewithin a similar role
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be computer literate and fully conversant with MS Word / Excel / Outlook / Powerpoint / Project
- CSCS card holder
- Able to encourage, mentor and coach other members within the Team
