About the Role:
A leading facilities management company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Hull. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of FM contracts, primarily with experience on healthcare or educational projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of FM contracts
- Oversee service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Manage client relationships and maintain strong communication channels
- Monitor and control contract costs and financial performance
- Implement and enforce quality assurance standards
- Identify and address potential risks and issues
- Lead and manage a team of FM professionals
- Experience in PFI contracts is advantageous
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management or a related field
- Significant experience in managing FM contracts
- Strong understanding of PFI contracts
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Proven ability to deliver results and meet deadlines
