Operations Clerk
Tempory to Permanent
Salary: 11.80 - 12 per hour
37.5 Hour working week Monday to Friday various shifts
Location: HU5
Principle Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain Data Entry and Stock Levels
- Accurately processing purchase invoices
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice queries
- Maintain adequate stock levels of materials and consumables within the warehouse
- Undertake regular stock takes and maintain stock records providing reports to the management team as required
- Use Microsoft Excel to record data and produce customer reports
- Raise Purchase orders for consumables
- General administration and office duties
Skills and Experience :
- Educated to A level or equivalent standard.
- Experienced in working in an office environment
- Computer Literate with good attention to detail
- Able to work well both on their own and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Takes personal responsibility for consistently delivering high quality work
