A well established and loyal client is looking for a Paralegal to join their existing team. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the fee earners, managing administrative tasks, and being one of the first points of face to face contact with the client. We are prepared to speak with applicants of varying levels of experience as our client would welcome both newly qualified and experienced candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including diary management, filing, printing, scanning, binding, and photocopying.
- Draft legal documents.
- Correspond with clients through emails, telephone calls, and face-to-face interactions in the office.
- Conduct legal research.
- Assist and shadow solicitors in their duties.
- Manage your own caseload and maintain accurate files following office procedures.
- Confirm instructions and advice to clients in writing.
