All aspects of credit control from assessing initial risk to solving queries.To proactively manage the reduction of the company's outstanding debt.Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the credit procedure.Identify, investigate and resolve all issues with client accounts.Accurately complete administration and debtor reports related to credit control.THE CANDIDATEApplicants must have a proven history working within credit control including managing high volume debtor lists.Confidence to forge / develop business relationships in order to retrieve debt.Be able to accurately maintain customer contact, payments and records.Possess credit knowledge to successfully resolve account irregularities.
