- CCP is seeking a Contact Centre Data & Performance Manager / Dialler Manager for a start-up consultancy based in Yorkshire, offering hybrid or fully remote work options.
- The ideal candidate should have strong contact centre experience, specifically as a Team Leader or Manager with BPO experience, and be able to drive performance in outsourced contact centres.
- Applicants should be data-driven thinkers, proficient in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs), and ideally knowledgeable in Power BI, with dialler experience preferred but not essential.
- The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £45,000, with potential for more for the right candidate and share options available later.
- Candidates must possess a proactive attitude and strong communication skills to convey data insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
