Customer Experience Assistant

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Assistant great communication skills to help us provide first class end to end customer experience.

This role is based full time on-site at Willerby, Hull.

-Delivery of customer focused service, driving through the principle of exceptional customer experience in all customer interactions

-Manage escalated enquiries and complaints to maximize customer retention

-Delivery against key customer performance indicators to ensure customer interactions are managed to the required standards in a timely manner
