Job Title: Customer Service
Location: Hull City Centre
Salary: 22,500 per annual
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday - Hybrid after probation
Start date: November 2024

Responsibilities:
- Action incoming correspondence and respond to messages
- Contact customers, clients and lenders
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist with data input and uphold confidentiality standards
- Work towards the achievement of monthly completion targets whilst maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Up to date IT knowledge
