This role will be working Wednesday-Friday with Saturday or Sunday work required, so you MUST be able to commit to weekend work.Interviews are to take place w/c 31st March with an anticipated start date of May 2025.Your new roleIn this role, you play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to a loyal customer base, maintaining and building on those relationships. Working alongside the transport planning team, you will be the first point of contact for customers booking in orders, liaising on timescales and updating on the status of their deliveries. You will be able to identify any potential issues with orders, and support the wider team in securing cost-effective solutions. This role is heavily email and database-focused, so you must be a strong-written communicator and have a high attention to detail.What you'll need to succeedExperience of working within logistics would be beneficial, although full training will be given. You must have a proven track record of working within customer service.Excellent communicator with a strong attention to detail. Team player and able to collaborate to prioritise workloads.
