Customer Service Administrator

Hull city centre

£22,500 per annum

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our well-established client in central Hull. This role offers a comprehensive training package as well as ongoing development and career opportunities.

This is a fast-paced environment so successful candidates will need to be comfortable working in a busy office, whilst also ensuring quality is always there!

This role is 100% office based during your probation period, before moving to hybrid (2 days per week in the office) after successfully passing probation.

The role as a Customer Service Administrator involves:

  • Dealing with managing and processing of remortgaging transactions
  • Processing correspondence received
  • Dealing with calls from clients, borrowers and third parties
  • Working to targets for completions
  • Updating the systems
  • Creating files for customers on the system

Experience required for the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Previous experience within a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate
