Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a great manufacturing business based in Hull in their search for a Customer Service Assistant. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and assisting with contract management. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant :

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting in the preparation, review, and management of client contracts and proposals.
  • Communicating with clients to ensure their requirements are met throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Tracking and updating contract records, ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.
  • Coordinating between the production team and clients to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
  • Supporting the sales team in managing client accounts and resolving any customer issues.
  • Assisting with client onboarding and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Preparing reports on customer service metrics and contract performance.
  • Providing administrative support to the contracts and customer service teams, including data entry and file management.
  • Participating in special projects and additional tasks as required. 

To be successful in this role you will be a willing worker, have experience providing excellent customer service both verbal and written, and be a team player.
