Description
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be forefront of the business handling queries from customers regarding the remortgage process you will have your own caseload which you will be processing from start to finish ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.
The role will be very fast paced and rewarding working alongside a fun and collaborative team!
Profile
Ideally some previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced customer focused environment
A keen eye for detail and excellent organisation
A great team player
