Ideally, you will have experience of working in the logistics sector, but if you have at least 2 years' experience in a customer service role, full training will be given. This is a great opportunity for you to develop and grow your career in the logistics sector.
Your new roleWorking as part of the customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing their order from query to delivery. You will work closely with the transport planning team to coordinate deliveries, work to agreed deadlines and keep clients updated on the status of their orders. You will have an eye for continual improvement and be effective in liaising with your colleagues in sales and operations to ensure cost-effective shipping routes are utilised and developed.
What you'll need to succeedWith a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will be confident in managing complaints and be proactive in seeking effective resolutions to any issues.
