Bennett and Game are currently on the lookout for a skilled Sales and Customer Support Executive for their client based in Hull, who work within the cable assembly manufacturing industry.Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Support Executive with a genuine interest in engineering and account management. The ideal individual should be comfortable being on the phone and receiving regular client calls. They will need to also be resourceful in getting internal info to get answers back to customers and be collaborative with other teams within the company so business runs smoothly.

Sales and Customer Support Executive Job Overview

  • Management of sales accounts including the issuing of jobs, progressing orders, and liaising with customers.
  • Required to meet with customers and review their accounts.
  • Working with the marketing requirements within the business.
  • Contributing to the office team by taking a variety of tasks as the workload requires.
  • Maintaining records on internal software systems.
  • Responding to queries in general sales inbox.

Sales and Customer Support Executive Job Requirements

  • Experience working in a sales / customer support / marketing executive position - preferably within engineering and manufacturing.
  • Good teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Experience communicating regularly with clients and customers.
  • Open to working closely with other teams within the business.
  • A product background within engineering / manufacturing would be more transferable - but not essential.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Hull.
  • Full UK driving licence is needed.
