Murray McIntosh is currently working with a leading engineering and maintenance provider who are seeking a Site Document Controller to join the team on a permanent basis as detailed below:

Responsibilities:

  • To be the owner of the project document register, systems, processes, closely supporting the Engineering Project Manager.
  • Manage and control the flow of document and information
  • Provide an accurate and up-to-date status of information and document flow
  • Ensure that the project team members always have accurate and up-to-date information
  • Work on the HPC Nuclear Project, supporting design, specification, and procurement activities
  • Provide a valuable link between engineering and other departments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Project Document Controller or similar role in an Engineering / EPCM / EPC company
  • Experienced with project workflows in Engineering and EPC / EPCM projects and have configured and managed the document flow
  • A good knowledge of MS Excel
