Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a Full Time Early Years Practitioner to work in a local provision in Hull, starting 22nd April 2025 and ongoing. This role is ideally temporary to permanent, for candidates who are looking for permanent work. The working hours for this job will be Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week with shift patterns between 8-6pm each day. The exact shift patterns are on a 3 week rota, and are: 7:45 - 3:45, 8:45 - 4:45, or 9:45 - 5:45. This is to cover a vacant position, so the ideal is to have someone on a temporary basis for 12 weeks, before moving onto a permanent contract. The pay for this role is between £13.68 and £15 per hour.

This role will involve working with young people to support them with their play and their learning. The setting require that the applying candidate has a Level 3 in a relevant qualification, for example CACHE Level 3 early years education.

Located in Hull, the setting is easy to access and has an onsite car park that is free to use and always has spaces.

Tradewind will also support your development during your placement and beyond through our fantastic CPD via The National College.

  • Have experience working within schools in the UK.
  • Have a Level 3 in a relevant qualification (this is essential)
  • Has experience supporting within UK schools
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

  • Legal right to work in the UK
