About the Role

As an HLTA, your responsibilities will include:

Essential Requirements
  • A HLTA qualification or equivalent teaching/teaching assistant qualification.
  • Recent experience working within primary schools.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with dedication to supporting student development.
  • A calm and positive manner, enabling effective behaviour management within the classroom.
  • The ability to independently deliver lessons and follow the class teacher's planning.
