As an HLTA, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering lessons across all year groups in accordance with the Primary National Curriculum.
• Adapting lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Following and adhering to school policies and procedures at all times.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

• A HLTA qualification or equivalent teaching/teaching assistant qualification.
• Recent experience working within primary schools.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with dedication to supporting student development.
• A calm and positive manner, enabling effective behaviour management within the classroom.
• The ability to independently deliver lessons and follow the class teacher's planning.
