They work with over 100 companies providing upskill training, HNC/HND, engineering courses and apprentice training. Formed over 60 years ago, they are looking for the next wave of Engineers to grow their teaching team across, electrical, mechanical and machining disciplines.
In this dynamic role as an Electrical Instructor, you will be instrumental in delivering apprenticeship training to aspiring electrical engineers, collaborating with an experienced instructor team to enhance the learning experience for client companies. You will teach a diverse range of commercial courses, including 18th Edition, 2391, Basic Electrical Maintenance, PAT Testing, and Health and Safety, ensuring students acquire the essential skills needed in the industry. By leveraging your extensive industry experience, you will facilitate practical training and assessments, playing a crucial role in shaping the next generation of skilled technicians in a supportive and engaging environment.
This role would suit an entry level Electrical Instructor looking for an off the tools role, where you will be trained within the education sector, with a company who will help you with your qualifications and give you the opportunity to influence the next generation.
THE ROLE:
- Deliver high-quality apprenticeship training to aspiring electrical engineers while collaborating with existing instructor teams to ensure a robust learning experience for client companies.
- Teach a variety of commercial courses, including 18th Edition, 2391, Basic Electrical Maintenance, PAT Testing, and Health and Safety, providing students with essential skills for the industry.
- Bring your industry experience to the classroom, facilitating practical training and assessments, and contributing to the development of the next generation of skilled technicians.
