An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in Hull as an Administrator in their Licensing team. Hours of working are Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour for lunch - 35 hours per week). This role is fully office based.

THE BENEFITS:

THE ROLE:
To provide competent administration support to the Licensing department and to the firm as a whole.

Duties:
Submit licensing applications including arranging newspaper advertisements and notices displayed on the application premises and accurately maintain these applications.
Deal with all enquiries via e-mail or telephone and respond to queries as appropriate.
Organise outgoing mail on a daily basis.
Ensure that all correspondence and documents are produced to a high standard.
Locate and archive files.
Carry out general administration of the filing system.
Printing, scanning and photocopying as and when required.

Full training will be given for the role.
