About Our Client:

Our client are a reputable organisation seeking a dynamic and experienced Events & Business Coordinator to join their expanding team. They are committed to delivering high-quality events that leave a lasting impression while promoting their key objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and networking events
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, travel, and accommodation arrangements
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring effective cost control and value for money
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop event promotion strategies and materials
  • Support with running training courses and work efficiently on delivery
  • Support the team in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining databases
  • Assist with post-event evaluation and reporting

Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

  • Proven experience in event management, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multitask and juggle priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

  • Previous experience in arranging events and managing travel arrangements
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
