An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join a well established Hull based business. This opportunity would suit individuals who are currently working in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role or a very similar position within a commercial environment.
As the Executive Assistant, you will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for;
- Email management of multiple inboxes
- Diary and schedule management
- Preparing meeting agendas, minute taking and completing follow ups
- Travel arrangements
- May be some purchase orders, expenses and office supply responsibilities
- Adhoc Administrative tasks
To be the successful Executive Assistant you will have;
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to multi-task, be organised and prioritise is a must
- Proficient with Microsoft tools
- Using a CRM/Software would be advantageous
- Maintaining strict confidentiality
