Want to work for an award-winning legal firm?My client based in Hull are seeking a highly motivated Financial Planning & Analysis Executive to join their team. The FP&A Executive will play a critical role in supporting the firm's financial planning and decision-making processes. This role will involve delivering and executing financial planning activities, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and providing analytical support to meet the firm's reporting requirements. Duties of Financial Analyst:

  • Assist in the development and execution of long-term strategic plans by creating detailed financial models and forecasts.
  • Support strategic decision-making by analysing financial implications of business initiatives and investments.
  • Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process, including collecting, validating, and consolidating input from various departments.
  • Ensure alignment between departmental budgets and overall organisational goals.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quarterly forecasts, incorporating key business drivers and market conditions.
  • Identify and explain variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgeted figures.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial and operational performance reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
  • Analyse financial results and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive performance improvements.
