  • Rebate Strategy & P&L Accuracy:-
  • Design and implement strategies to improve the accuracy of rebate accruals.
  • Ensure supplier income is reflected correctly in the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for each branch.
  • Cash Allocation & Cash flow Management:
  • Ensure cash from rebates is allocated promptly and accurately to support positive cash flow.
  • Maximise cash flow by driving efficient rebate collections.
  • Debt Recovery & Metrics:
  • Lead the collection of supplier debt.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics related to debt recovery, and take actions to drive improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:
  • Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and Trading Support teams to optimise processes and workflow efficiency.
  • Present monthly reviews on rebate income and debt recovery to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders, both internally and externally, including within the supplier base.
  • Software Optimisation:
  • Drive the transition from spreadsheets to dedicated rebate software and explore ways to leverage its functionality to increase efficiency.
