Description

  • Oversee all payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Identify areas that require improvement and efficiency and implementing these changes.
  • Manage and guide the payroll team towards achieving set objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline payroll processes.
  • Manage monthly payroll reconciliations and audits.
  • Provide payroll reports to management for decision-making.
  • Keep abreast of payroll tax laws and regulations.

Profile

A successful 'Payroll Manager' should have:

  • A strong background in Accounting & Finance.
  • Proven experience in a role of this nature or Payroll Specialist position.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems - ideally Itrent.
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
