- Partnering the wider business – supporting other business functions, taking lead on financial matters and ensuring delivery of business and operational objectives
- Ownership of weekly flash and monthly accounts, supporting KPI’s and board packs
- Working with Operational Managers to understand the business, challenge variance analysis and drive efficiencies
- Budgets and quarterly forecasting
- Cost centre reviews with management team to drive site performance and operational opportunities
- Attend daily site management meetings
- Preparing capital expenditure requests, post implementation reviews and capex forecasts
- Managing and maximising cashflow by ensuring strong capital practices
- Education of operational teams at all levels, drive improvements through challenging business KPIs, operational performance and procedures
- Manage small operational finance and sales admin team
- Ad-hoc projects and reporting to support the wider business/ strategic objectives
- Ideally CIMA/ACCA Qualified or strong QBE
- Strong manufacturing and operational reporting experience
- Proven ability to build relationships cross functionally and a passion to get into the wider business and add value
- Able to motivate and mentor self and others

- IT Literate including excel and ERP systems
