The main purpose of the role will be to support Financial Planners and the Senior Paraplanner will all aspects of the administration including the following:

Processing New BusinessDealing with client queriesManaging an Adviser's diary Creating meeting packsLiaising with a variety of providersAssisting the Paraplanner with product research and report writing

This role will be of key importance within the business and the successful candidate must have previous financial services and administrative experience within a fast-paced environment. Those from independent advice environments would be of particular interest. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organise your workload and the initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner.

Ideally the successful applicant will be working towards either Level 4 Diploma qualification in Financial Planning or CISI Level 4 Certificate of Paraplanning with a good working knowledge of protection, pensions and investment products.The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience working within a Financial Service environment and an up to date knowledge of regulations and legislation.
