Our client is a leading Ship supply company based in the Hull area. They are looking for an Import and Export Sales Administrator to join their growing team.

What the Import and Export Sales Administrator job involves
- Processing quotes and customer orders accurately into the CRM/Finance system
- Providing customers with the highest level of service and communication
- Manage the administration paperwork – Sales Orders – Purchase Orders – Sales Return Orders
- Work closely with colleagues on site, freight forwarders, and external warehouses to raise and release orders, amend information if required, and communicate with Customers, Operations, Freight Forwarders, and Account Managers.
- Ensure completion of all import and export shipping documentation in line with internal, customer, and government requirements.
- Supporting and assisting other departments as required.
Skills required
- Knowledge and experience of import and export processes
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator
- Microsoft Proficient in Excel – Word - Outlook
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and able to manage your own workload.
Other information
- Full time working Monday to Friday 7am -4pm or 8am -5pm with every 3 rd Saturday.
- 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
- Auto Enrolment Pension
