About the Company:A rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Hull, specialising in providing cutting-edge IT solutions to businesses across the region, is seeking an experienced 3rd line infrastructure engineer for an initial 3-6 month contract. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a mix of on-site presence in Hull and remote work flexibility.
3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer Role:The 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for providing high-level technical support, focusing on 3rd line infrastructure issues and assisting with cloud and endpoint management solutions. This includes troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in Office 365, Azure, Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.Â
3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd line support for client infrastructure, focusing on advanced issues with Office 365, Azure, Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Support and manage Azure AD and Azure services, including identity management, conditional access, and cloud-based security solutions.
- Implement, configure, and manage Intune for endpoint management, including application deployment, security policies, and device lifecycle management.
- Administer SCCM for patch management, software deployment, and system updates across client environments.
- Configure and maintain Autopilot for automated provisioning of Windows 10/11 devices in a secure and streamlined manner.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premise infrastructure with Azure and Office 365.
