What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our Community Mental Health Team as a Band 6 CPN, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

? Managing a caseload of service users in the community.? Conducting assessments, care planning, and delivering recovery-focused interventions.? Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and carers.? Providing psychoeducation and relapse prevention strategies.? Administering medication and monitoring mental health stability.? Safeguarding and risk management to ensure patient safety.? Supporting transitions between services and signposting to relevant support networks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A current and valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).? Experience working within a Community Mental Health setting.? Strong risk assessment and crisis intervention skills.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.? The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.? A valid full UK driver’s license (preferred but not essential).
