Futures recruitment is seeking an estimator for a rapidly growing manufacturing business in the East Riding.
The successful candidate will join a well-established team that values staff development and will have a background in construction.
Responsibilities include providing cost and budget plans, understanding JCT and NEC contracts, and managing projects from start to completion.

Futures recruitment are looking to appoint an estimator for one of the fastest growing manufacturing business in the east riding going through a period of sustained growth. The successful Estimator will be a part of a well-established team within a business that care about the development of their staff. You will come from a construction background and have the ability to provide clients with cost and budget plans. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus scheme enhanced holidays and pension.

Estimator Roles & Responsibilities: Estimator / Construction / Surveying

Provide cost and budget plans
Understanding of JCT and NEC Contracts
Ability to work with projects from start all the way through to completion
Experience of high value low volume projects
Excellent people and communication skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Preparation of tender documentation

Skills & Qualifications: Estimator / Construction / Surveying

Experience within the construction industry
Qualified within a suitable construction field
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Driving license
Excellent phone manner.
