Functional Skills Maths Tutor

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a Part Time Functional Skills Maths Tutor in a good College in the Hull, starting ASAP and lasting until at least Easter 2025. Ideally the applicant will be looking for a permanent job, as the college would like to take someone on a temporary to permanent deal. This is a 30 hour per week booking, but the hours can be flexible, with one evening expected. Payment for this position on temporary will be between £18 and £25 per hour, with the permanent salary being £24,657.57.

This role will involve teaching Functional Skills to Level 2 and Entry Level students. The college does have a large bank of resources and consistently share good practice, so the planning requirements for this position are minimal. Ideally they are looking for a staff member to take on the full roles and responsibilities of a teacher.

Located in Hull this school is easily accessible from most areas of Hull on via the car. There is a large onsite car park for staff that is free to use and there are always spaces.   • Legal right to work in the UK
