Internal Sales Support
Our client is the UK's largest privately owned dedicated timber terminal with a dedicated 90 acre site in Hull.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates as they are searching for ambitious, results-driven Internal Sales Supports to join the team!

Role:
- Handle calls from prospective and existing customers in a professional manner
- Process and input customer orders on the company computer system
- Gain an understanding of the company, their product and the market they operate in, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
- Respond to customer requests for product information and job pricing
- Support the sale team with customer enquiries and orders, ensuring smooth running of the order processing facility
Requirements:
- A-level or equivalent qualifications
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Ideally, you'll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small!)
