  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to the needs of children with disabilities
  • Provide dedicated support to children and their families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected

  • Facilitate best interest meetings in line with the Mental Capacity Act
  • Offer advice and guidance on accessing services and resources
