The Talent and Resourcing Manager is a new position in the business where you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing and retaining top talent. You will be working as part of an established HR and L&D team, an integral role within the business.The successful candidate will have a proven background in talent and resourcing preferably at management level. This is an exciting new role where you can put your stamp on it in a supportive culture.  The role itself
  • Setting up recruitment systems and processes
  • End to end recruitment, job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Responsibility for strategies attracting, developing and retaining talent
  • Lead on recruitment campaigns alongside senior leaders
  • Develop talent strategies to meet current and future needs
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify their requirements
  • Work with the HR Director on succession plans
  • Forward planning for future hires and talent
  • Leading on some specific projects
  • Taking the lead on initiatives, celebrating success and employee recognition
  • Staying in touch with industry trends
  The Candidate
  • A proven history in a similar role within talent, recruitment or resourcing
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methods, tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience working in manufacturing or engineering would be advantageous
  • Data driven mindset
  • Positive approach, professional and confidence to deliver
  • Can work in an autonomous role with a varied workload
  • Ability to lead on projects
  • CIPD level 5 advantageous
