- Responsibility for strategies attracting, developing and retaining talent
- Lead on recruitment campaigns alongside senior leaders

- Work closely with hiring managers to identify their requirements
- Work with the HR Director on succession plans
- Forward planning for future hires and talent
- Leading on some specific projects
- Taking the lead on initiatives, celebrating success and employee recognition
- Staying in touch with industry trends
- A proven history in a similar role within talent, recruitment or resourcing
- Strong understanding of recruitment methods, tools and applicant tracking systems
- Experience working in manufacturing or engineering would be advantageous
- Data driven mindset
- Positive approach, professional and confidence to deliver
- Can work in an autonomous role with a varied workload
- Ability to lead on projects
- CIPD level 5 advantageous
