Your Mission:You will lead a vibrant team, ensuring that we deliver a responsive and student-focused customer support service. Your efforts will help promote a culture of service excellence that aligns with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Inspire and support a team of Course and Student Administration Coordinators and Administrators to ensure top-notch student-focused customer service.
  • Knowledge Development: Cultivate a deep understanding of our course and module portfolio to effectively manage escalated inquiries.
  • Recruitment & Training: Lead recruitment efforts, facilitating effective induction, training, and performance management in line with university guidelines.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all institutional and external policies and procedures are understood and consistently applied.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the delivery of course and student administration from admission to course completion, escalating risks and proposing solutions as necessary.
  • Assessment Boards: Proactively manage assessment board processes, ensuring deadlines are met and issues escalated promptly.
  • Data Integrity: Collaborate with Academic Registry to maintain data integrity and resolve issues in our student record system (SITS).
  • Continuous Improvement: Initiate best practises for course and student administration and contribute to the review and implementation of processes.
  • Student Engagement: Work with academic teams to develop initiatives that enhance student engagement throughout their course of study.
  • Query Management: Ensure efficient responses to a wide range of student queries, collaborating with Information Centre teams for seamless service delivery.
