Head of Student Experience

Certain Advantage is hiring for a Head of Student Experience in Hull. The role is on a permanent basis on a hybrid basis.

The Company

We're working with a business that's a leading Further Education client in Hull

The Role:

You will lead your teams to deliver exceptional customer service that consistently surpasses customer expectations. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that enhances every stage of the learner experience-from initial contact within the Further Education establishment through to post-progression support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer service within the Further Education establishment
  • Help with Admissions and careers advice
  • Supporting with audit and inspection
  • Seek feedback and act upon it
  • Recruit, manage and monitor performance
  • Deliver results against service level agreements
  • Dealing with complaints and compliments
  • Working to strict budgets

The Individual

  • Qualified to degree level
  • Previous experience in safeguarding training
  • Previous knowledge of FE Sector
  • Able to demonstrate improving quality of service and raising standards
  • Worked to Ofsted inspections in previous roles
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent networking skills
