Quality Manager

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a full time Quality Manager to work at a local College in Hull, starting ASAP and lasting until at least Easter 2025, but with the potential to become a permanent role in the future. Working hours will be between 8:30 and 4:30, and this none teaching role comes with a salary of £39,000 per year, with the potential to be slightly negotiated.

This role is imperative to the college, holding a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the highest standards of teaching, learning and assessment. The main role and responsibility of this role will be providing coaching and support to staff members in order to improve their practice and offering guidance for their professional development. You will collaborate with the heads of faculty to identify areas where faculties can improve and ensure quality standards are adhered to. This role will also involve working with learners to identify teaching styles and methods that they enjoy/learn from, so that you can help to provide a student centric approach to teaching and learning. You will also be responsible for conducting audits of departments to ensure that internal quality assurances aligns with external expectations.

Located within Hull this school is easily accessible from most areas of Hull on via the car. There is a large onsite car park for staff that is free to use and there are always spaces. This school has a fantastic reputation in the local area. For this role, being qualified to degree level is essential, as is having a PGCE or a Certificate in education.
