Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are working with an ambitious, modern and dynamic law firm who have a strong Nationwide presence. Our Client specialise in providing comprehensive legal services and are looking for a qualified and experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities;
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and employment contracts
- Represent clients in employment tribunals and courts
- Prepare and manage cases, including drafting pleadings, witness statements and negotiations
- Maintain up to date knowledge of employment law and related legislation
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and legal procedures
- Provide excellent client services, maintaining clear communication and address any client concerns
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of legal practice
Required skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Proven track record of handling both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
