THE ROLE:
The duties include:
Detailed knowledge and advice on redundancy, discrimination, employment contracts and unfair dismissal etc
To guide clients through courts and tribunals
To create and organise drafts, statements and settlements
To stay up to date with policy, laws and procedure changes
Delivering outstanding service to the clients
Resolve client concerns and queries
THE CANDIDATE:
At least 2 year's experience in the same role prior
Good knowledge of UK employment law
Excellent communication skills
Keen eye for detail and working efficiently
Our client would consider up to 2 days working from home
