Health, Safety and Environment Manager

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a HSE Manager who loves rolling out Health and Safety initiatives to help us achieve our five-year health safety and environment plan.

- Lead a small Health and Safety team within the HSE function.

- Set expectations and lead by example on the H&S zero harm journey.

- Design and deliver the required H&S assurance and monitoring regimen for the business.

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

- You will have previous experience within Health, Safety and Environmental Management 

- Relevant health and safety qualification / training such as, Nebosh Diploma or NVQ/NCRQ Level 5 and Registered with IOSH or IEMA.

- Exceptional attention to detail in data analysis and report writing.

- Strong ISO certification and audit experience.

- Significant experience in managing CDM2015 projects.

- Experience leading teams and influencing employees at all levels of the business, as well as driving delivery and safety improvements through 3rd party suppliers and partners.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver to time, quality and cost.

- Worked in telecoms, utilities, or construction? That’s a bonus!
