As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will work closely with the occupational health team to provide high-quality healthcare services to our clients. You must provide accurate written, electronic and verbal reports, observing confidentiality always. The role may involve sickness absence medicals, pre-employment checks, health surveillance, D&A screening and may include site visits.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Duties and Responsibilities
Providing basic first aid and healthcare screening, to preventing healthcare problems at work through risk assessment, education and training and other initiatives.
Managing sickness absence.
Pre-assignment, fit to return to work and case management assessments.
Managing and undertaking a Health Surveillance programme for the workforce.
Drug and Alcohol testing.
Review and / or develop client specific sickness and health policies.
Maintaining records & diaries (electronic).
Providing regular activity and performance reports
What were looking for
Qualified Occupational Health Nurse.
Min 3 years postgrad experience.
Experienced and comfortable working on own, looking after the OH needs of an entire workforce.
