About the role of Business Studies Teacher:
- You will be teaching Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 students Business Studies.
- You will prepare pupils for their GCSE and A-Level examinations.
- Within this role you will be required to plan and deliver engaging lessons that are inclusive for all students.
- Undertake duties as delegated by the Head of Department and Senior Leaders.
- Contribute to the development of the department's curriculum.
Business Studies Teacher Requirements:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS and have completed an appropriate teacher training programme.
- Hold a Degree relevant to Business Studies at 2:2 or higher.
- Be able to provide relevant references from within the last 2 years of employment; placements can be referenced.
- Be an innovative, enthusiastic, and inspiring teacher who is passionate about their subject.
- Be committed to engaging learners and securing high standards of achievement.
