CER is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a promising Primary school in Hull.
About our client school: An exciting new opportunity has opened in a primary school located in the Hull working exclusively with a Trust. Our client school is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant.
Position Overview: As a teaching assistant, you will have the opportunity to support the next generations concepts and skills in alignment with developing your learners' skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Teachers and students in their lessons with a focus on promoting enthusiasm for education and promoting good attitudes to learning. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years Teacher to contribute to our supportive and inclusive school community and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Our client school are also keen to hear from Early Career Teachers who are seeking to forge their career within Nursey and Primary education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support interactive lessons that are in line with the national curriculum and cater to the needs of all students.
- Utilise a variety of methods and resources to facilitate active learning and promote student engagement.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the curriculum.
- Participate in school events, and extracurricular activities as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Teaching Assistant Level 2/Level 3 desirable but not essential.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
