CER are looking to recruit specialist One to One support workers and tutors for long term, full time and part time positions in the surrounding area.
You will have ideally had experience of working within SEMH and carrying out one to one support work with children of all ages. These roles are a mixture of off site and on site roles, Where on site it would be within the classroom working with children who are in need of extra support
Subject specialism is not essential but being able to help or Teach English and Math's would be advantageous.
Ideally you would also have:
- Teaching or Support Qualification
- Car Driver, some of the roles are rural
- Experience of GCSE or Functional Skills English and Math's
- Experience of working within SEND or SEMH
- Experience of One to One assisting or tutoring
These roles can be remote or based within a school either secondary or Primary and working with children who have additional needs including communication and behaviour difficulties so more than anything a good way of communicating and a calm patient out look would be ideal for this role
