Role Overview:
Are you an adaptable HR Manager with Generalist skillset with a background in food production, ready to be a part of an exciting transformation? My client is undergoing significant change and is looking for an HR professional who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role offers an incredible opportunity to provide insightful HR advice to the Director and management team while supporting a business in the midst of a major evolution. You’ll play a key part in steering the organisation through change with a patient, people-focused approach, ensuring that every transition is managed with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and support to the Director and management team across a broad range of HR issues.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to ensure a smooth and effective process.
  • Manage employee relations with a focus on resolving issues quickly and empathetically.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements in line with best practices.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Champion organisational change and development initiatives, adapting swiftly to evolving priorities.
  • Coordinate training and development programmes, utilising these programs to boost staff skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within the food production or FMGC sector.
  • Ability to work at pace in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a soft, supportive approach.
  • Adaptability and patience in managing change and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Relevant HR qualifications or certifications level 3 or 5 CIPD would be an advantage.
