Seeking a dedicated HR Advisor for our Hull site in the industrial/manufacturing industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong understanding of human resources practices. Stand alone covering 2 sites based in Hull reporting into the HR Director.

Description

  • Oversee and manage a range of HR initiatives and programmes
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate closely with department managers to understand and execute the organisations HR needs
  • Conduct performance and wage reviews
  • Develop and maintain HR procedures and policies to ensure compliance with legislation
  • Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
  • Contribute to the development of a positive company culture

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • A solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
